What exactly do I get for $9.99/month?+
A fresh, personalized bodyweight workout delivered to your inbox every single day. Each session is generated specifically for people on GLP-1 medications — designed to preserve muscle, protect your joints, and match your energy level. No gym, no equipment, no experience needed.
Why are the workouts specifically designed for GLP-1 users?+
GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro accelerate fat loss — but they can also cause muscle loss if you're not exercising correctly. Our workouts focus on muscle preservation, low-impact movement, and fatigue-aware programming so your body stays strong as the weight comes off.
I've never exercised before. Is this really for beginners?+
Absolutely. Every workout is built for people with little to no exercise experience. Movements are explained clearly, sessions are short (15–45 minutes), and you can adjust the intensity based on how you feel that day. If you can stand up and move around your living room, you can do GLPBod.
Do I need any equipment?+
Zero. Every workout is 100% bodyweight-only. All you need is a small amount of floor space — no dumbbells, no resistance bands, no gym membership required.
How do I receive my daily workout?+
Your workout arrives in your email inbox every morning. If you opt in during signup, you'll also get a short daily text reminder linking you straight to your session. You can access all your workouts anytime through your member dashboard as well.
Will I get the same workout twice?+
Very unlikely. Our workout engine pulls from hundreds of exercise combinations across four focus areas and three energy levels, generating a unique session each day. With 500+ possible combinations, you won't be repeating yourself anytime soon.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — no contracts, no commitments, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing info@glpbod.com. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is this medical advice?+
No. GLPBod is a fitness and wellness platform, not a medical service. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any health conditions or concerns related to your GLP-1 medication.
